There was in Montpellier (south of France on the mediterranean coast), as in all the cities of France, a dynamic confectionery production

At the end of the 19th century, about a dozen of homemade confectioners  provided all sort of confectioneries and  sweet tooth. However, the most important speciality of Montpelier was and is liquorice and arabic gum.




The raw materials are natural like arabic gumliquorice, honey. You can find here a range of organic confectioneries.
 




This workshop was founded in 1890. And it is the last to prolong the life of this know-how. However it continue to innovate and create contemporary confectionery like the Tutti fruti marshmallow. Also near traditional liquorice sweets and Lichen gum, it's offer modern confectionery. But only one axis is followed : allready seekink to the highest quality.
